Woven Connections is a company dedicated to being an ally to you and your family. We spend the time needed in order to make ourselves the most useful. We provide companionship via telephonic communications, or via Google Meets. We can assist with making various phone calls for our clients or even on behalf of our clients. We also can send reminder texts, and sit on call while the client is completing a task. We can’t wait to be of assistance!

Services Offered

Minimum of 10 minutes on the phone to a maximum of 1 hour on the phone per paid call.
Video chat capabilities to encourage rapport.
Phone and text reminders for medications, upcoming appointments, household chores, and even feeding pets.
Phone and text reminders to fill a pill box - even sitting on call with the client as they complete this task.
Assistance in planning for the week. Creating and e-mailing a week schedule or plan if the client wants.
